Safer Gambling Tools

OJO’s Safer Gambling tools are there to help everyone enjoy their play. With features such as time checks, play history and deposit limits, we give you the support you need to gamble safely.     Safe Mate

  • Use our Safe Mate tool to check how much time and money you've spent on gambling recently. Get personalised tips to help you play safer, see how you compare to players like you and test how well you know your own play habits


    How to use it

      Visit the Safer Gambling section of My Account and select Safe Mate. There’s more information on how each feature can help you on our Safe Mate page.





  • Limit social media ads

  • If you would like to see fewer gambling adverts on Facebook, Twitter, or Google, you can find out how to adjust your settings to reduce or remove adverts that relate to online gambling on the BeGambleAware.org website.





  • Set time checks

  • It’s always good to know how long you’ve been playing for. Get alerts every 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes with our Game Status Reminder feature.


    How to use it

      Visit My Account -> Game Status Reminder and select your preferred time interval. To activate your time alerts, log out immediately and log back in.



  • Play History

  • Want to know how much you’ve spent or how many games you’ve played? Your full play and payment history is just a few clicks away.


    How to use it

      To check out your Play History, visit My Account -> Game Activity, select a category (for example Blackjack), a specific game and a date range.


      To view your transaction history, visit My Account -> Transaction History and select either Deposits, Pending & Reversed or Withdrawals and select a date range.



  • Deposit limits

  • You can set a maximum total deposit amount per day, week and month. Once that limit is reached, you won’t be able to make any more deposits until the period is over. Daily, weekly and monthly limits are independent, and you can have 1, 2 or 3 limits active at any time.


    How to use it

      To set a deposit limit, visit My Account -> Deposit Limits and enter the amount you wish to set. If you are lowering your deposit limit, it will take effect instantly. If you are increasing your limit, it will take effect in 24 hours.



  • Take a break (Cooling off)

  • Want a short break from your play? Our Cooling Off periods let you lock your account for 24 hours or 1 to 6 weeks.


    How to use it

      Visit My Account -> Play Limitations and choose the length of time you’d like to lock your account. You can check the date and time your account will be reactivated before you make your request. Once your break begins, you will be able to log in and request withdrawals but you will not be able to deposit or play games for real money. You will also be blocked from receiving marketing emails within 24 hours. Once your break is over, your account will automatically become active again.



  • Request Self-Exclusion

  • Self-Exclusion is the longest period of account closure you can request. Your account will be closed for at least 180 days (or 6 months) although you can also request a longer exclusion period. A Self-Exclusion request will apply to accounts held with all online casinos operated under the Skill On Net gaming licence.


    How to use it

      Visit My Account -> Player Limitations -> Self-Exclusion. If you would like to restrict access to your account or longer than 180 days, please contact Customer Support. Your account will be immediately closed, and you will be removed from receiving any marketing emails within 24 hours. Once your Self-Exclusion period has expired, your account will not automatically reopen. You must contact Customer Support to ask for your account to be reopened, and if approved, this request will take affect after 24 hours.



  • Block all accounts using GAMSTOP

  • GAMSTOP is a free service you can use if you want to restrict all of your online gambling activity. After adding your details to the confidential self-exclusion register, you’ll no longer be able to access participating gambling sites and apps in the UK.
