Before your funds are transferred, my crew need a document or two to validate your withdrawal.

To avoid delays, it’s important to provide these documents correctly.

Here’s what we need:

Proof of ID

Passport

Driving Licence

ID Card (Government Issued)

  • Must be colour
  • Must be valid
  • No cut-off edges
  • Photo must be clear
  • Must include signature

Proof of Address

Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric)

Bank Statement

  • Must be colour
  • Must be issued in your name
  • Must include your address
  • Must be issued within the last 3 months

Card

If you make a deposit using a card, the crew will need a copy of that card before your next withdrawal - you’ll only need to do this once for each card used.

Front

  • Must be colour
  • The first 4 digits and last 4 digits of the card must be visible
  • Cover the 8 middle digits of the card number

Submitting docs is easy and you only need to do it once. Simply upload them via the Cashier. Additional document uploads are required if you’ve used a new payment method or changed your personal information (e.g. address, name, etc.). Happy withdrawing!

We check documents as quickly as possible, usually less than 12 hours. It could take longer if extra verification is needed, so if you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours, give the OJO crew a shout.
