Tumble Feature with Multiplier Spots

The Pragmatic Play Sugar Rush 1000 slot has the Tumble feature that is seen in many of this game provider’s popular slots, such as Madame Destiny Megaways. After a win, all winning combinations are paid out and all associated symbols explode. The symbols directly above tumble down to fill the empty spaces. This may result in another win. Tumbling continues until wins stop.

However, what makes tumbling particularly fantastic in the Sugar Rush 1000 game is that it’s accompanied by a Multiplier Spots feature. Whenever winning symbols explode, they mark a spot on the grid. If a symbol explodes on that same spot during a tumble, a multiplier (starting from 2x) is added to the spot. This multiplier doubles every time another symbol explodes on top of it, up to a possible 1,024x. If more than one multiplier is a part of the same winning combination, they are added together. In the base game, once there are no more wins, the grid clears.

Free Spins

The Sugar Rush 1000 Free Spins feature is triggered by landing at least 3 Scatter symbols (the gold, rocket ship-shaped gumball machine). The number you land determines how many spins you get: 3 (10), 4 (12) 5 (15), 6 (20), or 7 (30). It’s also possible to retrigger the feature during the bonus round by landing more scatters.

Remember how I said that in the base game the grid clears of all multiplier spots after no more wins? That’s not the case during free spins. When multiplier spots are created, they function just as they do in the base game. However, they remain in place – even when there are no wins – until the end of the bonus round. This makes it possible to rack up some impressive payouts (if luck’s on your side, of course.).

Luck was with me when I played! I hit 4 scatters and landed 12 free spins. I retriggered the feature during the bonus round which led to some exciting multiplier increases, with my highest being 20x.

Bonus Buy Features

As is common with Pragmatic Play slots, Sugar Rush 1000 does have a Buy Free Spins feature. If you’re not familiar with this option, it gives you a chance to immediately buy your way into the free spins bonus round by paying a certain amount of your total bet. For Sugar Rush 1000, that amount is 100x. As an example, if your current total bet is $1, the feature will cost $100 (1 x 100). Once purchased, you’ll trigger anywhere from 3 to 7 Scatters at random.
