Rush Express Feature and Rush Express Symbols

The Diamond Rush Express online slot has a Rush Express Feature which can be triggered in both the base game and during either of the free spins rounds.

It triggers when either a Gold Bell symbol or Gold Train symbol land on reel 5 and at least one Rush Express symbol (a Nugget, Blue Train, Red Train, Green Train, or Purple Train) also lands on any of the other reels in the same spin.

If a Gold Bell hits, all Rush Express symbol prizes on the screen are awarded. If one or more of the Train Rush Express Symbols are present, a Train mini feature activates to determine the total prize value. Each landed train will take its turn driving across the tracks, awarding prizes with each of its cars that pass. The final car may also award a multiplier or the corresponding fixed jackpot that matches the train colour.

If a Gold Train lands, all prizes on the Nuggets are collected by the Gold Train above the reels. If a Diamond Multiplier is also present, the total collected prize is multiplied by it. The Gold Train then drives forward, awarding you the total prize money collected for as many train cars it has (that could be up to 10 times!). If other coloured trains are on the reels, they will also drive across the tracks and award prizes as they do when the bell lands.

My best spin landed me three trains and a Gold Bell. It was so much fun seeing all those trains go by and watching my total prize payout grow.

Pick Feature

At the end of any spin that doesn’t result in triggering the Bonus Express feature or Diamond Rush Express Free Spins, Nugget symbols can randomly trigger the Pick feature.

This special bonus feature can only activate in the base game and will award 1 of the 4 fixed colour-coded jackpot prizes:

• Grand Jackpot (Red) - 5,000x the wager

• Major Jackpot (Purple) - 500x the wager

• Minor Jackpot (Blue) - 50x the wager

Land 3 Dynamite (bonus) symbols and you’ll trigger 10 Free Spins. During the Diamond Rush Express Free Spins feature, the chances of triggering the Rush Express feature is higher than the base game.

It’s a great feature. The only downside, in my opinion, is that it can’t be retriggered.

Diamond Multipliers & Diamond Free Spins

The Games Global Diamond Rush Express slot has the added perk of Diamond Multipliers and Diamond Free Spins— hence the name of the game.

Diamond Multiplier symbols can land on reels 1, 2, 3, or 4 during the base game or the free spins features. If Rush Express triggers, the diamond multiplier is added to the total of all collected prizes. If it doesn’t trigger, all diamonds on the reels are collected by the Diamond car on the Gold Train above the reels. They can only be collected in the base game.

Once a minimum of 100 diamonds has been collected and 3 Dynamite symbols land, you’ll get 10 Diamond Free Spins.

What makes this free spins feature better than the non-diamond one is that a Gold Bell or Gold Train symbol is guaranteed to land on reel 5 on every spin during the bonus round— that means serious win potential! However, just like the regular free spins feature, this one can’t be retriggered.

Once the Diamond Free Spins round is complete, the number of collected diamonds is reduced by 100.
