July in OJO World

The champagne was a poppin’ at the OJO headquarters last month, as we received another 3 awards for the mantlepiece: the EGR Bingo Marketing Campaign Award 2021 in recognition of the exclusive drive-in bingo event we laid on to celebrate the launch of PlayOJO Bingo and then 2 UK Social Media Awards 2021 (‘Best Use of Instagram’ and ‘Best Use of Social Media for Entertainment’) for our Safer Gambling ‘Compulsion’ campaign, all featuring the lovely Gemma Collins.

Then came the exciting announcement of OJO’s partnership with gaming giant PlayTech! This award-winning game supplier bring with them an incredible game library, including their market-leading Live Casino, fabulous range of classic slots, as well as their flagship Fire Blaze Jackpot series which give you the power to win at the same time as four jackpots waiting to drop! Exciting stuff indeedio. Read all about it here.

Continuing our month of exciting new PlayOJO arrivals, July also saw the launch of Trustly, a brand-new way for you to get your cash in a flash, with lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals. Get the full Trustly lowdown here.

To end the month with a bit of razzle dazzle, we caught up with Love Island heart throb, Callum Jones for his views on the current show, the pressures of being a contestant in Love Island and the issues of fairness about whether the show is lacking diversity. Read the full interview here.

What Makes Us So Terribly British?

Blimey mate, where’s that cuppa? Us Brits have more expressions under our belt than the Queen has twin-sets. After all, Brits and Americans might speak the same mother-tongue, but our “British language” can be all a bit foreign to those Yankees.
